Returns & Refunds policy

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 10 days of receipt for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

2. Cancellation (Cooling-off)
You may cancel your order within 10 days from the date you (or your designated non-carrier recipient) receive the goods. Send a clear cancellation request to thuyvietrci1@gmail.com.

3. Return Eligibility Checklist
Please ensure that:

  • The purchase date is within 10 days;

  • Items are unused, in as-new condition, and include original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories;

  • You provide a valid order number and proof of purchase.
    Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

4. Items Excluded from Return
We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized/personalized items;

  • Perishable goods or items past expiry;

  • Unsealed items not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;

  • Items that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email thuyvietrci1@gmail.com with your order number, item(s), reason, and photos (if damaged/defective).

  2. After approval, re-pack securely in the original packaging.

  3. Ship with a trackable, insured service to:

    You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Report within 48 hours of delivery (attach photos/video). After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. This does not reduce your 10-day cancellation window.

7. Refunds
We process refunds within 10 days after receiving the returned items (or acceptable proof of return delivery). Refunds go to the original payment method; we do not charge reimbursement fees. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund once your return is approved and received.

9. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value once we receive the product.

  • If it was not a gift (or shipped to the gift giver), the refund goes to the original purchaser.
